命题作文是依据所给题目，确定中心，选择材料，写出符合题意，内容表达具体、充分的文章。深圳近几年对命题作文的考查一直较为稳定，文体偏向记叙文，或夹叙夹议的文章。半命题作文是指命题人限定了作文题目的一部分内容，然后留出一部分内容由作者根据提示、结合对题目的理解补全标题，再进行写作的形式。这种作文形式的主要标志是作文题目中留有空缺。其特点是有较大的开放度、灵活性，给学生留下广阔的创作空间，又有一定的限制性。半命题作文补全标题后构成命题作文。

“一审”即审题。

主要是看清楚题目要求，读懂题目所表达的含义，抓住要点，注意文体是什么，准备写作的人称和时态：如果是日记和故事，宜采用过去时态；如是议论文之类的，宜采用现在时态。
