I think that playing sports have many advantages. Firstly, it can make us keep strong and healthy. Besides, it can help us relax ourselves and give us more energy. What’s more, it can help us reduce our pressure from doing our homework. On the other side, it also has many disadvantages. For example, if we are careless, we will easily hurt. What’s more, we will sweat and easily catch a cold.

However, I still think that doing sports is good for us and we should encourage students to do sports in school.
