“爷爷，快来读读我编的书！” 六岁的儿子捧着他编的“书”——《有趣的尾巴》拽着刚进门的爷爷当起了他的读者。 这就是五、一期间，学校为一、二年级的孩子布置的一份作业：搜集整理各种动物尾巴的功能，以书的形式编写。儿子是我的学生，上一年级。当时他感到茫然：这样的作业该怎样完成呢？为了引导他，我亲历了这次作业的全过程。真正参与后，才感到自己也受益匪浅。 书店里，我们一呆就是大半天。 “妈妈，蜘蛛猴是蜘蛛呢，还是猴子呢？” “应该是猴子吧。你仔细读读下面的文字就知道了。”我们一起读起来。“是猴子！”他欢喜地说，“它的尾巴比身子还长呢。它还能挂在树上睡觉，掉不下来。” “松鼠的尾巴有三种功能呢。”儿子像发现了新大陆。 “噢？哪三种功能？” “可以保持平衡；过冬时松鼠把身子缩在尾巴下面，又可以当被子盖；还能向同伴传递信号。”儿子读得津津有味。我们尽情吮吸着知识的甘露，觉得自己一下子变得富有了许多。儿子更是大开眼界。如果没有“编书”的诱惑，他很少这么投入地读书。而我，也第一次这么有耐心地和儿子共同交流，共同完成作业。 我们搜集了15种动物尾巴的功能。材料准备好后，又到商店买来16k的白纸，每页纸介绍一种动物。下一步便是配图和抄写。我把材料进行整理精减，力争每页不超过60字，以免他写得太累，然后用电脑给每一页加上花边、画上方格，以备他写字用。儿子则搬出了各种图画书找有关的动物图片。配动物画时，我一边帮他修改，一边告诉他这种动物的特点。他倒是极细心，自己觉得不好就重新画，哪个字写得不端正就重新写。前言和编后语都是儿子自己写的，我只略作修改。 “儿子，你这次编书最大的感受是什么？” “有意思。原来编书并不只是大人的事。当然也很累，我都三天没出去玩了。”他不假思索地说。 “妈妈，你也帮忙了，你最大的感受是什么呢？”小家伙竟学着大人的口气问起我来。 “非常有意思，但没觉得累。为了帮你完成作业，我也读了那么多书。” “那你也长知识了。” 是啊，我也长知识了。面对现在的孩子，作为父母，作为老师，我们真的应该和孩子一同学习。
