学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已

经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，

要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。 那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？学好英语，不外乎就是在听、

说、读、写这些方面下功夫。 首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女

的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。光靠上课听一

点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，不能说英语就白学了。

每上完一次课，我都叫学生回家要跟磁带读，可是有多少学生真地做到了呢？所读的知识已

经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能 力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

接下来是说，英语学了就是要说，要和别人交流。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发

他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的

机会就少。所以下课也要说，放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用

到生活中去，这样有更真实的情景，更能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励
