Good afternoon, ladies and gentleman! First, I’d like to express my gratitude for being invited here to present my topic, which is "Internet Civilization".

Last year, a mini-movie hit the Internet. It tells a story of an ordinary girl who once behaved not well in the bus. Someone took the video of what she did and published it on the Internet. The next day, her behavior was known to the world. She was condemned by everyone, whether strangers in the virtual world or her real world colleagues and friends. Not able to bear all this blame, she finally suicided. This tragic story represents the violence of the Internet from a unique perspective, and it arises people’s thinking on the civilization of the Internet.

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the Internet, every user can have access to the instance news in a quick way and have no difficulty in giving their own opinions on the Internet. Nevertheless, it is the unlimited "freedom”, in other words, the lack of supervision, that brings the hidden trouble, or potential crisis to the Internet. As they are not constrained, people can publish speeches without limit, resulting in many irresponsible speeches on the Internet. Some of them are harmless, but others aren’t. The belief between social members, the social order, and even public security may be severely damaged.

But even more terrible is that some people make up rumors to attack others through the Internet. The most famous example is that, in 2008, a well-known Korean female star hanged herself in her apartment because of the rumors from the network. This incident shocked the world. But sadly, the death of this poor actress didn't stop it. Today, we can still read the news about the Internet violence from newspapers from time to time.

The violence of network is much more harmful than the body violence. Wrong rumors can thoroughly destroy a person’s mind. Whoever spreads rumors ought to be condemned without mercy, for he is just like a killer who is out of responsibility. In order to civilize people’s behavior on the Internet, laws should be made to supervise the manipulation. But more importantly, every social individual should come together to fight against the Internet violence. If everyone can say no to rumors, and can report them to the police in time instead of spreading them without thinking, it'll make a big difference, and the harmony and civilization of the Internet world will be on its way.

Hello, everyone. I am XX. Before starting my speech, I want to ask all of you some questions. I believe everyone here must have your own friends, right? So, can you have a recall, how did you first meet with your friends? Are you classmates? Friends’ friends? Colleges? And have you ever tried making friends via the Internet? I think there must exist somebody who hold a distrustful attitude towards the friendship on the Internet. Actually, I ,XX, used to be a such girl. even I used to hold an awful attitude towards it.

For example, looking for friends via QQ made me feel unsafe, because when chatting with someone, you may not absolutely know about his real age, his look, his characters and so on .It feels like talking with someone who is totally unreal. I refused this feeling from the bottom of my heart, never consider mentioning accepting it. Though, I know I am off base(不正确) with that idea, after all ,you know the feeling means so much to man.

But the older I get it seems the more I realize that the friendship in era of network is not something we usually think of as something to be unreliable. Take the Sina micro-blog for example.

In the last few years, the rise in the use of Sina micro-blog have drawn Chinese attention. As the proverb goes, every coin has its two sides, making friends via blog is no exception. when using them, you won’t be worried about feeling impolite just because not to send words back to the man who is talking with you .And this way gives people more freedom and choice rights to know the man who you want to know, right? And you can easily make a good new friend according to the familiar hobbies or the same idol(偶像) or the same city with you. On the contrary, it can cause some problems such as misleading us by some unreal information, and make some people’s private matters public. In a word, they can be good ways for us young people to entertain and make friends if we use them properly

And at last, I want to add some supplement. The life on the Internet is colorful. Even though I know everyone here including me is a nice guy. We need to have a sense of defense to the strangers who you realize by the Internet at the first time .But if one day, you find there exits someone who is really nice to communicate with,

please open your real heart to him/her, because the friendship only grows where the sincerity is laid.

Really friendship is above anything else, considerate and regardless of the profit-not just in the real life –but in anywhere and anytime..

There is a example, a seiner high school student was enrolled by Tsinghua University in a high scores but after 1year he was dropped out by the university, why? The reason is sample, after he stepped into college he began high on or suspected to addicted to web game, he started to be truant, violate the college rules, finally, he failed many courses, and the university didn’t forgive him anymore. There are lots of other stories like this one, because of internet, college students had to give up their college life. What makes these unhappy things happened? In my opinion, the main reason is that under the Chinese education system, every student is strictly surprised by their parent’s, the teachers and school before college entrance examination, they have little freedom. After they go to the college, the parents left them alone, the teachers started to give them enough belief, so they can do everything they want include surfing the internet without control

Even so we still .shouldn’t give up our right study life, we shouldn’t forget the reason we spend extra 4 years in college: we need more useful knowledge, so that we can have a good job, a good future.

是必填选项，呃，基本就是这么泄露的。当然很可能其他信息也泄露了。 下面进入正题，我的演讲的内容分为四个版块：什么叫网络安全、网络安全的重要性、

网络安全的现状、如何防范网络安全、打造一个和谐网络。 首先讲一下什么是我们这里所讲的“网络安全”，网络安全呢，就是指网络系统的硬件、

收益”又在一定程度上刺激了犯罪的增长。 下面谈一谈大环境下的网络安全现状吧 第一个，诚信问题严峻。随着互联网的发展，尤其是商务类应用的快速发展，许多不法

分子纷纷将牟利黑手伸向互联网，导致近年来网络安全威胁和诚信危机事件频发。据《2012

年中国互联网网络安全报告》，2012年，我国境内被篡改网站数量为16388个，其中政府网 站有1802个，有50余个我国网站用户信息数据库在互联网上公开流传或通过地下黑色

产业链进行售卖，其中已证实确为真实信息的数据近5000万条。 第二个，信息保护意识淡薄，安全意识亟待提高。这就需要网民，或者我们多多的了解

网络安全基础知识，增强网上个人信息的自我保护意识。 第三个，信息网络安全服务行业的发展不够成熟,专业的服务行业都是要收费的，面向个

事件一直伴随着这几年国内个人网络安全方面的发展，只能说国内个人网络安全产品还有待

发展。

关于网络安全，那可以说是恶意代码肆虐，病毒数量爆炸式增长，网络安全形势那是相

当的严峻。

网络安全是个问题，而且是无法根治，不容易彻底解决的问题。作为企业，随着企业信

息化程度的提高，网络安全方面的投入也是要增加的，选择国内优秀的网络安全服务公司，

是一般的解决办法。作为个人用户，我们手段很少，我们只有加强防范，如何做呢？首先，

天上不会掉馅饼，不要贪图便宜，不要被一些“中奖陷阱”所迷惑，发来的中奖页面啊，中

奖链接不要随便点开。在注册论坛、邮箱等网络工具时，不过多公开个人信息，因为填写信

an unforgettable scene: lying in bed, nervous but excited, my friend and i read a

book together in the weak light of a flashlight , with a quilt on us, in order not

“bookworm”. so you can understand why i got my eyes shortsighted. till now, i still like reading as i used to. and i’m very walking outside , shouting. for my age, i like to read magazines or short stories

my aunt is a university teacher. my aunt wanted a way to download the prenatal music,

prenatal stories and other prenatal material on the phone, when my aunt to do housework,

correcting homework, she can always play to the baby listen to stories or music. even

my grandfather said, the internet is good, that is practical. it can save more time

in reading to read more books. there are many similar examples. as long as we are willing, we can anytime,

i know that feeling. when i was young, my family lived overseas. i lived in

indonesia for a few years. and my mother, she didn’t have the money to send me where

all the american kids went to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep

up with an american education. so she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, monday

through friday. but because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was

you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work

it takes to succeed. that’s what i want to focus on today: the responsibility each

drop out of school and just drop into a good job. you’ve got to train for it and
